I wonder if someone knowledgeable could suggest to me how I can sort my LIDE30
in Ubuntu 13.04.
I am getting after calibration some issues with my scans where light bars or
streaks are in the final scan image. To make sure it is not the h/w I rebooted
without unplugging or touching my

write one for libsane.
scanimage -L returns something like:
device `canon_dr:libusb:001:002' is a CANON DR-2580C scanner
where the 001:002 is always changing. :005, :008, etc.
so in 55-libsane.rules there is:
