Yeah, I see that it is using the 0.24 is being used.Scanimage -v reports otherwise: rafe@office:~$ scanimage -V scanimage (sane-backends) 1.0.25git; backend version 1.0.25. I have no idea what I am doing wrong. I just tried building completely as SU. Here was the process:

Hi, after all it was probably not the best idea to dedicate all my open source time to my T2 Linux distribution (http://t2-project.org) and letting others commit to the SANE/Avision backend. Because, frankly, most scanners did not work anymore due of really stupid regressions: - if
