And Fedora22 updated the sane packages to 1.0.25 yesterday!

Also Fedora 21. Therefore, all supported versions of Fedora now use
1.0.25.

checking /dev/bus/usb/002/012... failed to open (Invalid argument)
ignoring libusb devices
lsusb lists it:
