I plan to write a backend for Canon 4400F. It looks like there are very poor support on Canon scanners using USB.
I'm trying to get started and if anyone could give a qickstart they are very welcome. General questions are where is the source, how to build, how to test, but I might figure that out soon anyway. Claus
