www.mostang.com was temporaryly down. But when you now have a look at
http://panda.mostang.com/sane/sane-mfgs.html
you can see that it is not supported.
You can also now search the mailing list again and you will see that
there seems to be some effort to analyze that scanner. So just wait
a friend of mine has an HP2300C serial port scanner that we want to use with
mandrake 9.1 or any other distro, for that matter. i looked around a lot and
tried pretty hard with no avail. i guess now im just being optimistic in
asking this question. but is it supported? lots of docs told me it
