I'm using te scanner using a usb connection, but configured it so, that
scanning over ethernet is also possible.
The debug log commes from the pc from which the scanner is connected to.

environment variable PIXMA_EXPERIMENT to non-zero, e.g.
export PIXMA_EXPERIMENT=1.
