Works closely with Product Design, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Quality Assurance and Customer Support to assess, enhance, maintain and support software solutions to business problems. Using strong logic, computer language syntax and sequencing skills, combined with health care industry and practical knowledge, the Senior delivers and maintains application and system software providing comprehensive business solutions to the health care industry. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of Software development experience in J2EE platform. The position is responsible for software design and development of constituent web solutions for the Facets Extended Enterprise system. The position exhibits strong design, development, testing, and customer service skills and process knowledge. The candidate should have in depth knowledge of software development utilizing, J2EE standards and Java components, EJB, Websphere and/or Weblogic, ESB, Struts, JSP Tag Libraries, (JSTL) and has experience working with HTML and CSS. Create or improves processes which facilitate knowledge sharing and team collaboration. Serves as a mentor for junior level team members. Mentoring activities include, detailed design and coding review and acts as a technical resource for troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
