*Location: *Jersey City, NJ** *Duration: *6 months** * * * * *Job Description* *Position Description:* o Responsible for designing and scoping the over-all migration and change strategy in the context of the future Client application environment and architecture (production, disaster recovery, and test). Ensure that the current and future technology skill needs of the organization will be met in an efficient, sustainable, agile and adaptable manner. o Map and document organizational re-engineering roadmap o Map and document future state system support structures and requirements o Analysis and recommendations based upon future technology environment resourcing needs and shifts in support of Core Banking Replacement and the training plans necessary for deployment and support o Analysis and recommendations on our new products and platforms and the sequencing of internal product training to support areas of the Bank (business and technology). o Provide assessment of current and recommended migration and change methodology for future state of new environments and technologies o Develop process change guidelines; mentor client resources; Liaise and advance technical discussion across technology groups, business units and vendors as necessary to educate, and eliminate any development and/or operational obstacles o Support the preparation of a conversion training strategy and plan for client, key stakeholders and users in all offices as defined by the project. o Provide assessments of application change risk and mitigation strategies o Responsible to determine and communicate business process change o Assess business impact of multiple technologies/strategies o Consult with other Solutions Architects and project architects as necessary for alignment and consistency of new processes and strategy. o Direct oversight is from the Program Application Lead *Qualifications* *Candidate Qualifications:* * * o 15+ years of cross-functional application programs, infrastructure, and architectural management experience is required. Proven experience on global implementation projects is required o MBA or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, with associated work experience is required o Proven success in the following job competencies: - Analysis and Reporting - Communication and Presentation at all organizational levels - Information and Technology Proficiency - Leadership - Problem Solving and Decision Making - Business Transformation Planning and Management - Customer Focus and Relationship Building - Champion for Change - Influencing - Technical Industry and/or Profession Expertise / Certifications o Solid and proven experience of large and complex IT program and project management initiatives.
