*Position: Workday Technical Resource* *Contract: 6+ Months* *Location: Burbank, CA* *NOTE: we are wanting a very strong customer/client facing skill set* *Must Have Skills: * Minimum 1 year implementation experience with certifications in Workday HCM Minimum 1 year experience with technical design, technical support, technical documentation, and testing with direct experience developing and supporting Workday Integrations (Cloud Connect, EIB and Studio) Experience in a SAAS/cloud consulting or technical environment Project management experience with Agile project methodology desired Proven client facing and communication skills *Desired Skills:* Consulting and technical experience in Workday or Success Factors, SAAS/Software as a Service, Cloud Computing, Human capital management/Human Resources *Job Roles / Responsibilities:* The ideal candidate will work to support implementations and/or maintenance of Workday HCM Cloud systems. The activities performed will include requirements analysis, technical design, integrations, testing and system documentation support. Work directly with client and/or functional consultants to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and ultimately drive requirements sign-off. Evaluate, communicate and coordinate the technical impacts of application configuration decisions. Create detailed system integration specifications, field mapping, and system process designs. Develop, test and deploy integrations required to meet business requirements. Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform.
