• Strong knowledge of system testing and software quality assurance best
practices and methodologies
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Experience in agile software development practices
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years in web application testing
• 3+ years software development life cycle experience
• 1+ years’ experience in Agile processes, including User Stories, Sprint
Planning, Sprint Iterations
• Experience in testing Microsoft.net and SQL Server web based applications
• Solid understanding of Quality Assurance Methodologies
• Experience in Microsoft Excel and other tools for reporting and data
validation
• Experience in create and executing SQL scripts for test validation
Preferred Qualifications
• 2+ years’ experience in backend process testing (database processes,
scheduled jobs, other non-UI functionality testing) preferred
• 2+ years’ experience in MTM (Microsoft Test Manager) preferred
• 2+ years’ experience with TFS (Team Foundation Server) including work
items, time logging, queries preferred
• Experience with scripting tools and automated testing preferred
