*Compensation:* Base Salary + Incentives + Bonus (depending upon the

*Job Description*
The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing a
strong relationship with the existing clients, preferred vendors and
consultants. Responsibilities include the following:
· Catering to and fulfilling IT requirements
· Work closely with the Managers/Clients to understand and
prioritize the open requirements.
· Understand and work on requirements of the client and screen the
resumes submitted by the recruiters.
· Ensure the availability and delivery of the consultant.
· Negotiating rates with the clients
· Leading a team, allocating the requirements as per priority and
strengths of individual recruiters in team
· Mentoring team members by giving feedback to increase
productivity
· Responsible for achieving self and team target
· Should be open to do full life cycle recruiting when required
*Desired Candidate Profile*
· Should have proven history of recruiting experience with good
closures as an account manager for at least 2 years
· Should be strong in contract staffing
· Must have excellent technical knowledge and expertise
· Must have excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
· Must have strong negotiation skills
· Must be a self-driven person, hard worker and a go getter,
