Yes, I had manually configured the glue.
So i tried again by re-installing the scmbug configured using the
scmbug_install_glue.pl.
I have setup the following:-
scmbug 0.23
Bugzilla 3.0.2
Subversion1.4.5
Perl 5.8.8
Sendmail.pm from CPAN.
I am getting stranger errors now...
