Regardless of the original intent to limit or not the allowed scheme s
to "http" (i.e. excluding "https") in the BRs, we should keep in mind
the practical implications of using https in the *id-ad-caIssuers
*access method (see also the admonition in RFC 5280 that I have already
quoted before).
