In case that it is useful to you: - Enable "Autosandbox" plugin, so new accounts are sandboxed by default (they don't appear in public timelines) until an admin un-sandboxes them. - Enable "RequireValidatedEmail" plugin, so only accounts with verified email can post. - Enable
