Every once in a while I will look in my Junk folder. When I
am done I will
sometimes automatically click on the leftmost icon in the
SpamBayes toolbar.
Only after I have clicked on it do I realize that I have
clicked on Recover

I would like to suggest
Thanks folks;
I wasn't aware of that, and the ThunderBird SpamKiller doesn't seem to
be Training too cleverly. I'll work on it some more and see if I can
get it to Learn my SPAM characteristics.
Thanks again

I have Outlook Express, however, it has not been very secure, and
Mozilla Thunderbird was set up for my new mail. Now I am having trouble

them. I have had a terrible experience with spyware when Norton didn't
help me
Hello! First, I am really computer ignorant, and I don't like to play with
things I don't understand, so I thought I'd ask the experts:
I keep receiving spam to an address that doesn't exist
([EMAIL PROTECTED]), and I wondered how I can set Spambayes to send all
emails that come to this address
I vote for leaving things as they are. I've radically changed the look
and feel of my Spambayes toolbar, and would prefer not to have to do it
over.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it. And this ain't.

I have just installed Spam Bayes on Windows XP with Outlook.
The installation went well, but when I start Outlook, there is the
following message:
There was an error initializing the Spam plugin.
Spam filtering has been disabled
Please re configure and re enable this plugin

I have been trying to install SpamBayes 1.0.4 onto my machine,
which runs Windows XP / Office 2003. I have downloaded and run
versions from two different mirrors and direct from the link on the
site, but none of them seems to work. The install wizard claims to
have done its thing,
When running Send/RCV from outlook express got this error message

I'm having some trouble with configuration. On my (old FreeBSD) mail

It looks like lynx is trying
On *nix this is probably called ~/.spambayesrc
Dave Yep, there it is. I guess I don't understand how to use ls, since
Dave ls -a *spam*
Dave doesn't find it :(

recent checkins and rebalanced my database. I then made a baseline run with
