Hi I am reinstalling spambayes 1.4 on a windows xp sp2 with outlook 2003
sp2.
I have removed and reinstalled and completes successfully but the
toolbar and wizard do not load up in outlook after it is successfully
installed.
Any ideas

i am the user that is registered to make changes on my computer and i am also
the one that downloaded the spambayes. however, when in outlook express i am
unable to find spambayes, but i checked and it is on the computer in all
programs. how can i activate spambayes from outlook?
