Hi group,
Is it possible to use TLS/SSL POP3 when the mail is being proxied via
SpamBayes?
I'm using the 1.1b2 version of sb_server on Windows 10 with Thunderbird
as the mail client. I've configured SpamBayes to listen on port 53100,
proxying to my mail provider.
When pointing
Amedee, please let me know what you find. I have been unsuccessful in
getting it to work with Outlook 2007 on Win 7 Ultimate.

Mark,
I uninstalled my previous version and installed 1.1a6. I keep getting a
failed to initialize message.

I have it installed on Windows 7 (32bit) running Office 2007 and it is
running fine. Spambayes hung one time; I reinstalled it and it is running
perfectly. Check your Outlook spam settings. I had to turn filtering off.

I miss Spambayes, too. I am having the same problem with Win and Outlook
2007.

Sam,
Look in your Trash or Deleted folder. If you find the Suspected Junkmail
folder there, simply move it back to your Inbox. Your emails should still be in
the folder.

If I understand your question correctly, you have files in your Spam folder
that you want deleted? If this is the case, just delete them as you would
delete any file in your inbox. Spambayes does not delete files; it only
moves files that it has identified as spam to the spam folder.
Carl
Jan,
If it is still in your deleted folder, simply drag it back to your inbox.
If it is not there, create another by selecting the Inbox, right clicking on
it and click on New folder. Be sure you name it the same as the original
folder.

Look in your Deleted Items folder for the emails - if you have not

I don't believe Spambayes has anything to do with your popups - unless
you downloaded it from a third party site where something was added in
to the program code. I have never had the first popup.

Karen, look in every one of your folders that has a plus to the left of
it. You may have inadvertently moved the suspects fold into another
folder.
