I built the merge package in the below ppa with all architectures
enabled, and I got William Grant to enable riscv64.

All packages built successfully, so the riscv64 patch still works as intended.

Yes, I talked to William. He did not have any attachment to the
package at all, and wasn't planning on merging anytime soon. See
