recently I've faced a problem that I need to disable PEP functionality
in my pidgin client, as I get loads of events (nick, tune, mood, avatar)
from my corporate jabber server. It generates a certain amount of
traffic that can be an issue depending on where I connect from.

Hi there, up until today I have had no problems with pidgin for the
last week or so, now I cant get it to toss up my password prompt and if
I have it remember my password it never logs in, I've tried deleting and
re-adding the account and its still not working, suggestions?

We have just started using Google Chatback to reach out to our users.
When a user initiates a chat, Pidgin's message to accept the invitation pops
under any windows we have open. So we often miss them before the user gives up.
All other messages pop up and make a sound.
