Pidgin doesn't have accounts; it simply provides access to accounts with

accounts.. nothing. Now because of an issue with my laptop it decided to
eat all my account information and refuses to let me insert my google talk
information and it refuses to let it work. Your website does not help me

No they're not, Pidgin is accepting these contacts from the server on
one of your accounts, I suspect it would be Google Talk.
You need to change it in your preferences for the service I think,
I use both Pidgin multple applications including Gtalk. I have had no
such issues. You probably need to look At your settings in Gtalk,
Messenger, etc. I always get a notification that someone wants to connect-
I always decline unless it is someone I am sure I know.
