Need an update of pidgin for linux mint debian -LMDE-

Hi, i have linux mit rebeca 17.1, i'm trying to update pidgin because i need to receive messages from my contactcs whe i'm offline. The .deb package says that i don't have a compatible distro for the mos recent version of pidgin, but linux mint rebeca lmde + xfce 17,1 is the last one distro

Pidgin account disconnected. How can I reconnect/enable even though I selected these options without success?
