Ну, если бы я столкнулся с той же проблемой, у меня были бы два варианта: либо скачать исходники, и отладить плагин самому (это надолго, так что я бы это делал только если совсем скучно, или оч. критично), либо зарепортил баг в этот плагин, т.о. оставив разбор ситуации его разработчикам.
