Hi Todd, There can be a few causes of "SSL Handshake Failed", the specific error number will reveal which cause is happening in this case. If you open the debug log (from the buddy list, Help->Debug Window) then try to reconnect to the account, you should get a "SSL Handshake Failed" error with a (-1234) code in there, starting with the negative sign.
If you could let us know which error code it is you're getting, or attach the last few lines from the debug log, including that error, then we can probably point you in the right direction.
