Need to do reinstall of Pidgin

Cannot connect to Yahoo

I upgraded to 2.5.7 because I was having connections problems trying to connect to yahoo. Now that I have upgraded to the latest I am still having the same problem along with new ones. 1) Now the latest version of Pidgin does not always connect to Yahoo 2) Now the 'Send To' button at the top

Send To is now greyed out
