I am trying to use my Pidgin account yet am receiving an error message stating
that my account has been disabled and will not allow me to re-enable the
account. Unsure of steps necessary to remedy this. My account is
ian.gor...@oracle.com/ILGORDON-US (beehive).

No. You need to contact your IT. Pidgin is a software package, not
the service you're using.

I’m on a Win 7 64bit box and running Pidgin 2.10.6. It was working flawlessly
for a while until recently, and now I’m getting the message: “Welcome back! 1
account was disabled because you signed on from another location.” The account
it refers to is the only account I have
I am unable to get into my account. It says disabled/ Not authorized. My user
