Hi Wade,
Yahoo shouldn't be listed as a protocol as the old prpl was retired. There
was a new prpl "Yahoo (2016)" which can be downloaded from
https://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/ThirdPartyPlugins#AdditionalProtocols but
that will stop working in July when they turn off that new service.
Cheers,
Under accounts > Add Account > Basic > Protocol .. scroll to the bottom there
is no Yahoo listed?

Hello,
Every time I open Pidgin and then click on a contact it opens the dialogue box
on the left side of the screen and really big. I then adjust the size and
location to where I want it to be and it works fineuntil I close Pidgin,
when I reopen it the box is back to the old location

Hi -
My pidgin account appears to others as "off line." I can see my

Thank you.

Chances are you're talking about your internal XMPP network, which
you need to talk to Oracle's IT help desk about. We cannot provide
support for it.

Hello Pidgin Team,
I am using your library and configured phurple-0.4.0-alpha in my linux
machine. I can able to send receive IM messages by running your linux
command. Now I would like to take the buddy list of the logined user. I tried
some methods but could not able to get the buddy list.
One of your enabled plugins is probably auto-minimizing your buddy
list when your status is away. I can't remember which plugin does this
or if it's in the Preferences. It wouldn't take long to go through
each plugin and check their options for this.
Craig.
