Can you please tell me how to completely uninstall Pidgin from Windows
7?
It's not performing quite right, and so I'd like to reinstall the
program.

Not a Windows 7 user, but normally you simply open the control panel,
open add/remove programs, wait for the list to appear, scroll down to
Brian is right, except in windows 7 it's not Add/Remove programs, it's
Programs and Features now. Otherwise he is dead on :)
