Hi, Yahoo has announced it is shutting down the current Messenger system in favour of a 'new and improved' system. https://help.yahoo.com/kb/yahoo-messenger-for-web/SLN26860.html The shutdown is supposedly going to be complete at the end of August 2016 (less than a couple of weeks away!).
