I have feature request to add option to Reconfigure package among
other options (Install, Uninstall, Remove ). If user wants ro
reconfigure package, he could simply do it in Synaptic and won't have
to go to command line calling dpkg-reconfigure package.
And bug report?

Version of your distro is missing.
deb http://mirror.mcs.anl.gov/pub/ubuntu hardy main should be OK.
You can also add universe, multiverse and restricted.
What is this? Mirror of Ubuntu repository?

You can do that. But only for installed package.
Right click on package and select properties. Then there is tab which
displays installed files.
