I would like to know how to INSERT a picture (a jpeg) in the body of
the email.
So when someone opens the email they don't have to actually click on
the jpeg to open it.

I don't think there's a way to insert an image into the message body
in any version 2.xx.
However, it can be done with beta v. 3.81.08.
I'm not sure about the latest release version, 3.80.06, but possibly
