Its not always the best practice to
use an import from file to reset the show/hide settings of
conditional text in a book. All

TOC, LOT, and IX. Those files bring in exactly
what they see at the time of generating/updating based on what your conditional
text is in other files, but it doesnt bring in the conditionalized text settings
and let you toggle between conditions.
