State of Ohio agency needing for 5 Senior JAVA Programmer Analysts\n\nResponsibilities:\nIn concert with business users, collect, refine requirements and do high level design and planning in response to stimulus legislative initiatives and performance needs in the Workforce Development area. \nDesign, develop and test algorithms and screens using JAVA code, WAS workspace, and Oracle database. This would include building on the current application interfaces for the system as well as conforming to the industry standard interfaces Columbus, OH 6 months 42/hr. corp-corp max. Start date is January 2009. Requirements :- * Six (6) years experience as a Senior JAVA programmer/analyst; * Three (3) years experience WAS 6 JAVA programming using Oracle databases; * Three years experience developing JAVA in a J2EE environment; * Three (3) years experience writing WebSphere Studio Application Developer Version 6 applications - OR - Five (5) years experience writing WebSphere Studio Application Developer Version 5+ applications; * Three (3) years experience with WebSphere and J2EE, Struts and JAVA programming Oracle, SQL, Stored Procedures; * Must have experience using office automation and project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Visio, Microsoft Office and other tool sets; and * Must have proven software design and development programming background.
