Title: Business Process Analyst Location: Chicago, IL Contract Length: 3 Months Rate: Around $50/hour - All inclusive Corp-to-Corp Summary: This posiotion is for a Senior Business Process and Systems Analyst sought who has Contact Center or Call Center background with Email and Voice communication channel. Has experience in conducting analysis with expertise in different business areas, application wide analysis and proposal of solutions. Assembles, analyzes, and represents high level and detailed business requirements. Performs feasibility analysis, scopes project, recommends alternative solutions, project strategy, and deliverable prioritization. More specifically, this accomplished Business Process Analyst would have Contact Center or Call Center experience where client communication channel (voice and email) technology was enabled or deployed. Sound understanding of technical customer interaction domains and contextual understanding of service center technologies including PBX, ACD, IVR, CTI, workforce management, multimedia and similar contact center technologies is preferred. Candidate should have strong detailed business requirement gathering and documenting skills in a structured SDLC methodology. Responsible for high level implementation plans, data and process models. Facilitate meetings and working sessions as JAD and RAD and document use cases for the IT organization for solutioning. Business Analysts should also be able to lead and assist testing when necessary.
