Network test Engineer Middleton, NJ 12+months Contract Rate: DOE Responsibilities: * Ixia, Adtech and Agilient Test Equipment * Layer 3 (IP, MPLS, VPN, BGP, OSPF, LDP) * MS Degree in Engineering or Computer Science * Hands on CISCO GSR and IOS Software Description: * Layer 3 Test Engineer with hands-on experience with Cisco GSR, CRS L3 Platforms. * Must have CCNA, CCNP or written CCIE (Highly Desired) Certifications and MS degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related. * Experience with Layer 3 Protocols (IP, MPLS, VPN, BGP, OSPF, LDP, etc. * Experience with Ixia, Adtech and Agilient Test Equipment is a BIG PLUS!!!! * Responsible for creation of Layer 3 test setups, test planning and test plan execution and complex data network trouble resolution. * Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to be effective working in-depth technical issues with suppliers, operations and systems engineering.
