Oracle AR Support Job description: This consultant is expected to be a liaison with the customer and will resolve L2 and L3 type of complex support tickets.. The candidate is also expected to work with users and identify & document the requirements of enhancements and translate them into functional specifications which could be used by development teams. The candidate is expected to set good working relationships with the customer and also act as a liaison with off shore teams. The candidate shall have experience in dealing with production support issues and have worked in AMS type of activities.
Required skills: Candidate should be proficient with Oracle Applications (ERP) 11.5.10 especially in AR (Accounts Receivable, vertex). Candidate must have excellent skills in PL/SQL, Unix scripting and must have good understanding of the related business process.
