* *** *Contract Only 3 months+* *MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS AND MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS*** Description General Responsibilities: Mandatory 10+ Years of demonstrable, experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Procure-to-Pay business flow (Purchasing, iProcurement, Payables, and General Ledger systems) versions 11i and R12 Deep procurement business experience. Has experienced and worked on at least 3 full lifecycle projects implementing the Oracle Procure-to-Pay business flow and has strong managerial and communications skills Has experience with implementing Oracle Financials and/ Procure-to-Pay in multiple countries (Global rollout or point solution), having a keen understanding of configuring EBS for local regulatory needs Experience with providing strategic analysis and direction of business needs within the Oracle Procure-to-Pay business flow. Strong SDLC understanding, including customer requirements definition and documentation, business process and decision support design, processes flow modeling, system analysis and design, functional gap identification, and general business analysis and issue resolution. Knowledge of the Oracle Applications Implementation Methodology (AIM) Strong knowledge of the following Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Application modules and associated functionality: Purchasing Suppliers Items RFQ’s and Quotations Suppliers and Sourcing Rules Purchase Orders, Requisitions, and Receipts Approving/Rejecting Requistions iProcurement Month-end Processing Oracle Financials - Payables Supplier Invoices Invoice Adjustments/Matching Recurring Invoices Prepayments Holds and Releases Credit/Debit memos Employee expenses Closing periods and resolving period-end exceptions General Ledger (GL) Workflow Processes and Automation Desirable Oracle E-Business Suite Certification Experience or hands-on knowledge of other Oracle EBS functional areas (Oracle Order Management, Oracle Manufacturing, Oracle Project Accounting, etc.) Global implementation/rollouts a plus Oracle Discoverer, Business Intelligence and Financial Analytics tools Hyperion experience Ariba experience Knowledge of / certified in Oracle Business Accelerators (OBA) Prior consulting experience; Big 4 highly considered End-user experience with Oracle Applications Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
