The major components of SAP included are Finance, Controlling, Fixed Assets, Materials Management, Production Planning, and Sales & Distribution. The SAP Change Management Consultant must have an in-depth knowledge of Change Management related to SAP implementations. The SAP Change Management Consultant must effectively manage the change work-stream, while ensuring integration with the functional and technical teams. Additionally, he/she must have in-depth experience conducting and implementing the full suite of workforce transition activities. The SAP Change Management consultant must have prior SAP implementation experience. Specific Duties and Responsibilities * A proven change management professional who has been involved with at least one full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementation. * At least 5+ years of change management/communications experience implementing SAP and other large scale systems implementations. * Work collaboratively with Program Management to create and manage cross-organizational, integrated communications strategies. Develop and manage the communication plan and work with the Corporate Communications department to disseminate news about the program. * Assists in conducting the organizational risk assessment * Assists in the change management/workforce transition efforts focusing on identifying and aligning employees in the new organization. Develop approaches to address resistance * Manage stakeholder engagement and sign-off throughout the project lifecycle (i.e. from awareness to acceptance). * Design team structures including roles and responsibilities, operating guidelines, dependencies and interfaces with other teams * Design key performance indicators (KPI’s) for both teams and individuals * Escalate issues to Program Management in a timely manner * Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as a consultant. * Develop the training plan, design, develop and deliver end user training materials to implement SAP R/3 * Provide launch and post go-live support A proven resource in assisting in all activities within the scope of change management including: change/communications strategy and implementation, stakeholder management, role-mapping activities, training, defining organizational risks, performance design and development, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. Able to collaborate with both IT and Business area, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel. Strong project communications and change management skills, knowledge and experience on SAP implementations.
