for a BA - (Health Insurance background a must).
Location : Cypress, CA.
Position : 6 months+
Skills:
Senior IT professional with Health Insurance background and must have at
least 2 + years of Business / Systems Analysis experience.
Must have total IT experience of 8+ years.
Gather and document business requirements including designing user
interfaces and workflows.
Prepare detailed system design specifications including system interfaces
and data mapping.
Around 4-6 years of functional experience with concentration on Business
Analysis, requirement gathering, creating BRDs, Use Case modeling using
UML, Business Process Modeling (BPM), Data Modeling, Project Management,
Change Management, Software Training, Software Development methodologies,
QA testing and Systems Testing, troubleshooting of client server and
web-based systems.
Transform business requirements into functional specifications, high level
design documents, focusing on workflow analysis and design, business
process re-engineering, user interface design, and also process flow
modeling.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
