If you wish to work on it, please clone and edit :)
Uploading should work like the other docs, ssh to
annarchy.freedesktop.org and replace the files in the right directory.

The spec is also in its own repo:
https://cgit.freedesktop.org/telepathy/telepathy-spec/

Spec editing, though, is slightly more complex. If you make a
non-trivial change that affects tp-glib and tp-qt, then the change
should be implemented in at least one of the two libraries, in a branch,
before it's pushed to master.
