usb ethernet tethering and top right hand corner

Hello I have been using my cell phone's "USB tethering" feature as the internet connection for my desktop, It still works as I can still use "Network" to manage the usb connection. But the integration of "USB ethernet" and top right hand corner has been broken since F25. F25 bugBug 1404764
