My concern is that we never asked contributors to explicitly agree to the Thrift License. Would it be reasonable to assume that they implicitly agreed to it? I don't know.

Does anyone know if there is a list of CCLAs on file for the ASF? I'm going through some of our old correspondences, and it seems like some of the groups might have sent in CCLAs with software grants but not ICLAs. --David
