www.tinyos.net/dist-1.1.0 (for 1.x) and www.tinyos.net/dist-2.0.0 (for 2.x) should contain a consistent set of sources (and rpms, for that matter...). Check the tinyos/source and tools/source directories, and go for the latest version of things with multiple versions...
