Hi All, It has been a long time since I have needed to ask a question but... Well... I am having a problem. My Touch is now hard down. When I click on the system preferences pane for my Mac (running OS X Lion 10.7.4) I am having MAJOR issues. Here are the steps that I am doing: - Launch
