Thank you for taking care of this so swiftly.
I don't believe I have much to add to the test-case. From testing
locally I can see that the warnings disappear from the log and the
connection _seems_ more stable. I underscore _seems_ because I have not
been able to figure out which other parts of

Added the PPA, updated, and rebooted the system.

Accepted llvm-toolchain-10 into bionic-proposed. The package will build
now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/llvm-
toolchain-10/1:10.0.0-4ubuntu1~18.04.1 in a few hours, and then in the
-proposed repository.
Please help us by testing

In Xenial/16.04LTS, one can't generate network interface name from
"phys_port_name" attribute.
"phys_port_name" indicates the interface physical port name within the
NIC.
