I'm on a fresh installation of Debian, linux image 5.10, with a radeon
RX580 gpu.
My computer is not honoring the setting to "never" turn the monitor off,
in power settings.
DPMS is still killing the monitor after 10 minutes. It appears bugged. I
have to manually turn DPMS
To be fair we don't need the empty pthread in the initramfs, we only
need the non-empty dynamically opened libgcc_s, but it shouldn't hurt
either.

After the announcements of PulseAudio 15 and Gstreamer 1.20, which both
advertised LDAC and AptX (HD) support, I expected that jammy (22.04)
would support those codecs.
Though in reality it seems that something is missing, gstreamer reports
