I believe there is an upgrade issue where you need to reauthenticate in
Settings > Online Accounts after upgrading to gnome-online-accounts
3.49/3.50 (which will happen when upgrading to Ubuntu 24.04 LTS).
Could you check if this fixes your issue? If it does, we can use this
bug to track that

evolution-data-server still has uninstallable binaries on i386. You can
ignore bluez for the binfmt-support issue.
However, for bluez, Ubuntu uses --enable-phonebook-ebook . There are
other phonebook options; maybe what Debian uses works for Debian.

mesa 23.3 zink errors

mesa 23.3 is emitting ZINK errors. Some initial issues were fixed which
had caused autopkgtest failures for mutter and gtk4.
There is still a gtk4 build test failure. My theory is that the extra
ZINK stderr output is confusing the gtk:tools / validate test which is
not
