I am quite confused over the translation instructions. Do we create a new page
with the translated version with the following format
TimeText:Edit Button.ogv.en.srt where en is replaced with the language
translated?

The English version is usually used as a reference. It would be greatly
appreciated if the first version uploaded is the final version.
Any changes in the English version will affect the rest of the translation in
other languages. Not all translators do visit the site often to check for
