I booted off the live Ubuntu Gnome CD, and when the OS had booted I pressed
either Ctrl+S or Alt+Super+S - sorry can't remember which.
You normally get the sound of the drums on the standard Ubuntu boot, but I
don't think Ubuntu Gnome has the drums so there's no audable indication of

Using the subject packages from the libreoffice ppa and having built the
subject orca from Master, I find that orca does not read the contents of
cells once a sheet is changed. The libreoffice, included in the live
system, has the same issue. What to do?

Hi,
I'm running an installation of Ubuntu Mate edition, and cannot seem to
unmute the login greeter. the 'ctrl+s' and 'alt+super+s' keystrokes do
not result in speech. The desktop talks just fine, thanks; I've added
the Orca built from Master.
