If this is a duplicate of #215374 then there's a very easy way to
exercise the bug without involving rails. Type `:r ~fotab' where `fo'
is the start of a username on the system, e.g. `foo'.
I'm experiencing #215374 with vim 1:7.1-138+1ubuntu3. Looking at
openjde-6-headless uses recommends on tzdata-java. It is strong but not
absolute dependency.
It means that when you install openjre it will install tzdata-java but
later you can remove tzdata-java.
So please check what openjre version do you have.

did give me a workaround. I didn't put it in a cron job like the author
suggested, but just made a panel shortcut.

I find it surprising that there appears to be NO log of the apt actions
(visible if you click on Show Details in e.g. adept_updater) performed
by Adept (Updater). They are not written to /var/log/apt/term.log, yet
Adept doesn't store them anywhere either.

Alright!! Just a moment ago Adept send me the update of strigi and the other
packages needed to solve the bug and i can say now that the problem is solved,
now dolphin works great with the information bar active.
