When the camera, Canon Powershot SD 870 IS, is connected with the USB
port, the icon showing the camera as a mounted disk shows up on the
desktop but f-spot did not fires up.
After that, I can launch with success F-Spot directly by executing it.
Running the following PyGTK program in metacity, compiz_ubuntu5 and
compiz_ubuntu6 shows the behaviour has reverted to opening in the background as

I'm also running Jaunty Beta 1 on a Dell inspiron and it also beeps
every time I turn my laptop off. IT also beeps when I'm using gvim. It
really takes from the experience of using ubuntu and is something that
definitely needs to be fixed before the official release

I am experiencing Flash problems using AMD 64 and nVidia graphic chip.

is was modified:

Identifier Configured Video Device

Section Monitor
Identifier Configured Monitor

Section Screen
Identifier Default Screen

Bug still present after updated my desktop to the new package and
activating the Separate X-Screen via nvidia-settings.

This is because running as root means nautilus will search your whole
system.
You should never run nautilus as root.
Use locate instead, it's very significantly faster and safer.
